Stunt on UKTV’s Watch – which also included repeated swearing – was unsuitable for 9am broadcast when children could be watching,says watchdogA show featuring a Derren Brown stunt broke broadcasting rules by showing the illusionist suffocating himself with a plastic bag when children could easily acquire seen and copied it.
Media regulator Ofcom launched an investigation into the programme, which featured a 14-minute segment where Brown suffocated himself and used the word “fuck on multiple occasions.
