Bertrand has been unable to train this week after suffering the complaint in Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Liverpool at St Mary’s. The 25-year-traditional,whose form this season has thrust him into contention for a starting place at left-back at Euro 2016, was assessed by medical staff who determined he would not be able to feature in the friendly at Berlin’s Olympic stadium.
