Footage of the moment a 38-year-ancient cyclist was launched into the air after being clipped by a car that allegedly then drove absent in the Sydney suburb of Glebe. New laws coming into effect in New South Wales on 1 March will require drivers to keep a minimum one-metre buffer between their car and cyclists, while increasing fines for many cycling offences.
