There may be worse places to hold your first public engagement since the Panama Papers were published on Monday,but none come to mind. Only final year, the public accounts committee reported that the accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) was promoting tax avoidance on an industrial scale. The holiday in Lanzarote hasnt done him much proper. He looks worse now than before he left.
