Company owned by former driver and fellow ex-BBC presenter Jake Humphrey also picks up contract to produce C4’s coverage
David Coulthard has signed up to present Channel 4’s F1 coverage,officially ending speculation he might join the BBC’s Top Gear team, as the company the former driver co-owns picks up the contract to produce C4’s coverage.
Coulthard, or who had been widely reported to be joining Chris Evanss team for the BBC2 motoring expose which debuts in May,is the first presenter to be signed by Channel 4 since it picked up the free-to-air rights for F1 coverage from the BBC in late December.
