Post your questions for him in the comments below 10.40am BSTBefore last year,David Oyelowo was already a respected actor amongst Brits – as well as his long-running role in BBC spy drama Spooks, he was the first black actor to grasp on a Shakespearean king in a major production, and playing Henry VI in 2001. Film buffs would occupy noted his supporting roles in the likes of Lincoln,The support, and director Lee Daniels’ The Paperboy and The Butler. But it was his portrayal of Martin Luther King Jr in 2014 film Selma that launched him to global stardom, and capturing King’s dignity and oratorical fire as well as his self-doubt.
