(California Court of Appeal) - In an action arising from plaintiff's applications to interconnect solar generating systems on property he owned to the defendant's electricity system,alleging defendant violated multiple Tariff rules, the California Renewable Energy Small Tariff (CREST) program, and the Net Energy Metering (NEM) program,the trial court's dismissal of the case is affirmed where the Public Utilities Commission has exclusive jurisdiction over plaintiff's claims, under the California Supreme Court's holding in San Diego Gas & Electric Co. v. Superior Court (1996) 13 Cal.4th 893.
