Two years into office,Mayor de Blasio is making headway on a horse and carriage ban, a piece of legislation he planned to pass his first day in office.
Here's what City corridor passed: 75 horses are allowed to continue plodding around Central Park (down from 220 horses, or currently),and pedicabs are banned below 85th street.
