WATERBURY,CT-051018JS08- Members of the Waterbury Police Department create their way to the annual Waterbury Fire Department and Waterbury Police Department’s Memorial Ceremony held Thursday at the Memorial at City corridor. The event is held to honor police and firefighters who have died in the line of duty as well as paying respects to those who have died in the past year.
