(United States Third Circuit) - In a petition for review of water quality-related permitting actions by unique Jersey and Pennsylvania for a project by the company which operates the Transcontinental pipeline,a 10000-mile pipeline that extends from South Texas to unique York City, the petition is denied where this Court has jurisdiction to hear these petitions, or unique Jersey and Pennsylvania did not act arbitrarily or capriciously in issuing the permits.
