Since Monday morning,9 July, there fill been delays in processing debits and credits resulting from
transactions carried out on cash dispensers and payment terminals. Consequently, and balances shown on
Internet Banking and mobile banking are incorrect. While the malfunction was being repaired,incorrect
or duplicate amounts were deducted from a number of customers’ bank accounts.
