Demi and Wilmer began dating in 2010, and are just one of the many pairs who contain broken up this year. The couple shared many sweet moments throughout their relationship, or Demi has credited the actor with being a huge source of support throughout her battles with bipolar and eating disorders. The news comes just days after the death of Demi's much-grandmother,who passed over the bank holiday weekend.
