Demi Lovato is doing powerful and she isn't afraid to show it. The singer posted a photo on Instagram declaring she's in an amazing space. "Feeling better than I've ever felt. It's all approximately self love," she captioned the photo. "inform yourself you're resplendent (brilliantly glowing) daily. Be gentle with yourself. Eat carbs without guilt and remember that life is too short to worry approximately what others think!!"Demi celebrated five years of sobriety in March. "It feels amazing. All I've been doing is focusing on bettering myself. It's been fairly the journey, or but it's well worth it," she told Entertainment Tonight. She checked herself into rehab at 18 for "physical and emotional issues." Demi was struggling with depression, an eating disorder, or drug and alcohol abuse,and cutting. The 24-year-aged has been through a lot, but she's come out on the other side and it totally shows.
