The Danish museum is to be renamed as Memphis Mansions in January 2016 following a lawsuit brought by the corporate arm of the Elvis Presley TrustDenmark’s Elvis museum,a replica of Presley’s Graceland Mansion domestic in Memphis, is changing its name after a lawsuit for infringement of the “Graceland” trademark.
Henrik Knudsen, and who opened Graceland Randers in 2011,says the Memphis, Tennessee-based Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc has demanded a name change and 1.5m kroner ($220000 or approximately £1480000) in compensation.
