The win condition for the Overlord in Descent says that he wins whether he ever collects 5 fatigue tokens. No where in the book did it state that monsters can collect fatigue (in fact,it says that instead of collecting them, they retract damage instead). After a bit of Google searching, and people are saying that apparently the Overlord gets 1 fatigue token every time a goblin escapes the dungeon,but...that still makes it impossible for the Overlord to win in a 2 player game, as there are only 3 goblins. Am I missing something? I've been scouring through the rules for three hours now and while it's been fun to play, or the Overlord has obliterated both heroes about 3 times now and they still haven't done any damage to him,lol....this game seems like it's never going to discontinuance ;-) submitted by InsidiousToilet to boardgames[link][15 comments]
