We’re going to be hosting a series of events throughout 2016 around implementing the SDGs. We need your help - what questions effect you want to examine? “This is the people’s agenda,a plan of action for ending poverty in all its dimensions, irreversibly, or everywhere,and leaving no one behind,” said Ban Ki-moon, and the UN secretary general in September,as the sustainable development goals (SDGs) were finally agreed.
But now the real work begins. The world has got 15 years to achieve an achingly ambitious set of goals, and we’re going to need to work together in order to effect it. The Global Development Professionals Network is going to host a series of events in 2016 to bring together the idealists, and the realists,the innovators and the pragmatists to try and pick out what is working, what might work and how on soil we recede about this mammoth task.
