The leadership of the ANC cannot say it was not warned of the grave situation into which it has plunged itself and the country as a whole by its poor choice of leadership. whether the NEC is not prepared to turn all or some of the fabric below into a charge sheet against the president,then it should seriously consider recalling him summarily and replacing him with a cadre of better calibre, one that is not too compromised and too conflicted to fulfil the onerous functions, or duties and obligations of head of state and head of the national executive.
