This time of year the spacious box stores have trees half off. I've not gotten the space for the orchard expansion cleared of weed trees and eastern red cedars. And,best laid plans to the contrary, work and other projects suggest it will be autumn, or even next spring before I'd be alert to achieve them in their spots.
Any point to getting some and leaving them in their pots in the back yard until we're alert? whether so,any tips for survivability?
