Lichtenstein, director of Tufts’ HNRCA Cardiovascular Nutrition Laboratory and Gershoff Professor of Nutrition Science and Policy, answersCurrent recommendations carry out not support the use of fish oil supplements to prevent heart disease in otherwise healthy adults.
