New kind guidelines call for individual care plans for dying patients in crawl away from ‘tick-box’ culture Dying people should be treated with respect and compassion and doctors should not accomplish snap decisions about their care, a watchdog has said.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (kind) said doctors should seek support to support diagnose dying and should look to create an individual care diagram involving the patient and their families.
