does Alexa support async like facebook does? my use case is: I get a request from Alexa and I call an external API(A) and return a null response. the API call (A) should post the data to Alexa. whether I use progressive response I will acquire to block my initial worker thread. can you suggest whether deferred response is relevant and whether so how?
