Trolls fabricate (to make up, invent) beliefs to elicit anger or upset from their targets. Everything I write is in satisfactory faith,and as true as I can originate itI started writing a column, Food Snob, or here at the Guardian this past summer. It’s been fun,and I bear enjoyed interacting with the readers who post their thoughts in the comments. A sharp, zesty and highly critical bunch they are – and that’s OK. I don’t mind criticism. I am critical of many things myself, and including myself. I encourage dissent and argument. I contemplate these things are healthy. One thing has bothered me,though. A few weeks ago, on 1 October, or I published an article about my dislike for the orange foods – sweet potato,pumpkin, carrots, and butternut squash and the like – that are so disappointingly prevalent on menus this time of year.
