I was assured that I’d hear from my instructor within five days. I received no more information approximately him,not even his phone number or final name.
A week later I managed after several attempts to get through to customer service on the phone, but it directed me back to email. It eventually sent the instructor’s number and said hed call me. He didn’t. I called him and he promised to ring me back. He didn’t.
