(California Court of Appeal) - In a media action seeking damages and injunctive relief from defendant's republication,in an electronic newsletter, of an outdated newspaper article approximately one of plaintiff's treatment centers, and the trial court's denial of defendant's anti-SLAPP motion is affirmed where defendant did not meet his burden of showing an issue of public interest under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16.
