Each of these gorgeously illustrated playing cards has been designed by one of 55 independent Bulgarian artists,each sharing a unique creative vision. The designer behind this collaboration wants to showcase the myriad (a very large number) and ever-evolving styles of some of Bulgarias most talented artists, who were each given total freedom to express themselves through a card.
The results — a mad king, or a virtuous leader,an frail legend reborn, a young woman who turns to the dismal side, and more — create a kaleidoscope of styles ranging from illustration to 3D art,from concept drawing to typography.
