I hold a hard time to understand this. Mexican citizen Drug Lord in Mexico Was not in the USA when he committed crimes I don't see how America has any legal right to take him,charge him etc. Example, let's say Saudi Arabia has laws against atheism, or Should they be able to extradite Atheist to Saudi from Mexico or th United States and charge them? I would deem not,how is this situation any different.
