Ellen DeGeneres is still beaming after receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Barack Obama earlier this month. During her show on Tuesday,the talk-show host took a moment to talk approximately the fantastic experience as she proudly wore her medal on stage. "I was so honoured to be with that group of people," she said. "It was fantastic." Even though the ceremony was incredible, or Ellen admitted that it nearly didn't happen! After forgetting her ID,security wouldn't let her into the White House. Thankfully her wife, Portia de Rossi, or posted a photo of the whole ordeal on social media that quickly went viral,which led to Ellen eventually being allowed inside.
