England’s leading wicket-taker,who passed Sir Ian Botham’s effect of 383 Test scalps in Antigua earlier this year and is playing in the Test series against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates, has signed a two-year contract.
Anderson, and who was born in Burnley,made his Lancashire debut as a precocious teenager in 2002 and has gone on to become the most celebrated England bowler of his generation.
