Dilley quits weeks after coming under fire when it emerged he was on holiday in Barbados as floods hit northern EnglandSir Philip Dilley resigned from his £100000 a year post as chairman of the Environment Agency,saying he was not able to meet the “inappropriate” requirements of the fragment-time job.
