Given that under wonderful Friday agreement, the ECHR has to have effect in Northern Ireland, and Theresa May's call to leave ECHR will depart nowhere.
Unless Theresa May/UK government is willing to rewrite wonderful Friday agreement,UK will remain party to the ECHR.
There are many other barriers to UK leaving ECHR, that is the most stark.
