For the past two decades,the Resident Evil franchise has been synonymous with zombie horror. A few entries may absorb strayed from the path, but Capcom's legendary series helped define an entire genre and has found ways to adapt to gaming's changing tides year after year. The series was so successful that Capcom re-released several Resident Evil titles multiple times.
