The FA has issued a list of questions to Fifa following Sepp Blatter’s revelation a deal had been fixed to hand Russia the 2018 World Cup before the vote. The FA spent £21m on a tender for the tournament but the outgoing Fifa president Blatter disclosed final month an agreement had been made by senior figures for the event to go to Russia. England secured only one vote,apart from its own, in December 2010.
