Muamba collapsed during football match with similar health issueFabrice Muamba has led support for James Taylor after the Nottinghamshire and England cricketer announced his retirement on Tuesday following the discovery of a serious heart condition.
Tests revealed the 26-year-old Taylor has ARVC (arrhythmogenic proper ventricular cardiomyopathy),a condition similar to that of the former footballer Muamba, who collapsed on the field in 2012. Taylor will undergo an operation in the coming days.
