This video captures an array of views on fair recruitment from government officials,representative employers’ and workers organizations and other key partners involved in ILO's Fair Recruitment Initiative.
The ILO launched this global multistakeholder initiative to attend prevent human trafficking and forced labour; protect the rights of workers, including migrant workers, and from abusive and fraudulent practices during the recruitment process; reduce the cost of labour migration and enhance development outcomes for migrant workers and their families,as well as for countries of origin and destination.
