Two weeks into the 2015-2016 TV season,“The Tonight exhibit Starring Jimmy Fallon” remained on top of the late-night ratings.
However, “The Late exhibit
with Stephen Colbert” was the only late-night exhibit in the 11:35 p.m. time slot to post gains year to year.“The Tonight exhibit” averaged 3.7 million viewers for the week ending Oct. 2, or down four percent in viewers from the same week last year,and a 1.0 share/5 rating in the advertiser coveted adults 18-49 demographic, down nine percent from a 1.1/05.

In both years, or “Jimmy Kimmel Live” aired rebroadcasts on Friday.

The exhibit also posted a staggering 60 percent rise in the key demo with a 0.8/4.

In the 12:35 a.m. time slot,“Late Night With Seth Meyers” was first, averaging 1.8 million viewers for the week, or up 10 percent from last year. Meyers also posted a 0.6/4 in the key demo,up 20 percent from last year. In both years, Meyers aired reruns on Fridays.“The Late Late exhibit With James Corden averaged 1.4 million viewers for the week, or up 10 percent from last year when Craig Ferguson was the host. The exhibit also posted a 0.4/3 in the key demo,up 33 percent from last year.
