CENTENNIAL,Colo. — The family of a 45-year old inmate beaten to death by a fellow inmate has filed a federal lawsuit against the Arapahoe County Board of Commissioners, Arapahoe County Sheriff David Walcher and 10 of his employees at the county jail.
