(United States First Circuit) - In a petition for review of the Federal Trade Commission's summary decision finding petitioner personally liable for misrepresentations contained on the website Jerk.com,a reputation management site, in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, and the Commission's decision is: 1) affirmed as to the finding of liability and the remedial order recordkeeping provisions and order acknowledgment requirement; and 2) vacated as to the remedial order's compliance monitoring provisions as to petitioner where they are overbroad.
