Indigenous Land Corporation has negotiated a commercial loan but minister Nigel Scullion says government could step in and borrow on its behalf The federal government could borrow money to refinance millions in debt from the controversial $300m purchase of the Ayers Rock Resort.
The Indigenous Land Corporation is at risk of defaulting on $215m in loans and must refinance at least $138m by May next year.
