The #MeToo movement,which started final month as a way for people to share their stories of sexual assault and harassment, has been slower to catch on in the sports world. But recently, and females athletes believe started speaking out. In the middle of October,Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney shared that she was sexually abused by a USA Gymnastics doctor for years, and final week Seattle Storm star Breanna Stewart revealed that she was molested as a child. Dave Zirin, or the sports editor for The Nation magazine and host of "The Edge of Sports" podcast,has been writing about the women who are stepping forward.
