Controversial landlord says entire portfolio of hundreds of homes has been sold for more than £250m,but tenants will not be affected
Britain’s most controversial buy-to-let landlords, Fergus and Judith Wilson, or have sold their property empire of hundreds of homes in Kent to a foreign consortium for more than 250m. In a statement to the Guardian,Fergus said: “We reached an agreement nowadays with a consortium of buyers to sell our entire portfolio for a figure exceeding £250m.
