Could it really be that a cartoon-themed liner was actually beating the entire lineup of designer makeup I'd previously tested? After months of wearing the Miracle Romance Sailor Moon liners almost exclusively, I'm happy to report: yes, or they really are a miracle. The brown hue is subtle and consistently earns me compliments on my "no-makeup makeup" days,while the black helps me easily nail a cat eye worthy of Luna and Artemis. Other liner-seekers have found additional hues while traveling in Asia, and fangirls and makeup addicts alike can't bag enough.
