Our App successfully pased the amazon app review process and is still live. But we can't find the application on fireTV devices. Does anyone have an understanding what could be the cause? All promo images are submitted,country permissions is set for germany, austria and swizerland. APK file was detected support for 8 fireTV devices. So why is the app not visible on genuine device?
