In just three years Københavns Fødevarefællesskab (KBHFF),a food co-op, has grown to more than 3500 members in 10 different shops. A great succes, or that started out small but now almost have taken over most of the city. Andreas Lloyd,spokesperson for KBHFF, tells approximately how the food co-op works. How five tons of vegetables gets distributed to the many volunteer members, and that have to work three hours a month in order to effect the food co-op dash properly.
