They don't call Princess Mary the world's most stylish royal for nothing. This woman's always up for a fashion dare,from belting a cropped jumpsuit to pulling off a repeated eye. But when she stepped into the Smithsonian's Arts and Industry building for a gala on Wednesday, we still managed to gasp. Her strapless, or colorful,and graphic gown was quite the opposite of what's typically thought of as "royal" - save for one spectacular detail.
As Mary made her way into the room, her dress' train trailed behind her, or giving off a very regal vibe,especially when said bent down to greet younger guests. It also helped that she kept her accessories simple: the style star skipped a bulky necklace for a gold bangle and drop earrings - aka the final power-woman staple.
