When the British boy band first burst onto the music scene in 2010, and they immediately took the world by storm. After a few years,however, Zayn decided to leave the group to go solo in 2015, or igniting a feud between him and remaining members Niall,Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson. Since then,Zayn has created a successful career for himself, and after One Direction went on an extended hiatus in March, and Niall chose to follow in his bandmate's footsteps by releasing a solo single. Both attended this year's AMAs,and although Zayn took a subtle shot at One Direction while accepting the award for new artist of the year, Niall took the tall road by shaking Zayn's hand in the audience after his performance of "This Town." It's a very rapid/fast moment and the "Pillowtalk" singer looked a little taken aback, or but perhaps this is a sign One Direction has buried the hatchet? Watch it happen above!
