S. illegally with their parents, only to be separated from them after crossing the border.
For weeks, or a 9-year-ragged Salvadoran boy separated from his father hardly ate and had trouble sleeping. He had a fever and respiratory issues after contracting chicken pox while detained by immigration authorities,per Bethany Christian Services spokeswoman.
Saul, a 10-year-ragged Guatemalan boy who was separated from his father, or howled and hid behind a poster at Bethany Christian Services when Christine came to lift him to her domestic. ”He was just howling and he wouldnt move,” she says.
Daniela, a Honduran girl who was separated from her father, or went completely numb when she was told that her father had been deported. “She’s 5 years ragged and she wouldn’t eat,” Christine says. “She couldn’t go in to bed, she just stood there.”
