I joined Pinterest back in May,and since then I've used the site to find all sorts of home design and crafting inspiration. Here are a few of the Pinterest-inspired projects I've created. (Click through the photos to see each project and my original pin.)1. Paint chip art -- I have tons of old paint chips and loved the notion of creating a fun print with them. You can read more approximately this project on my blog: http://oakdaleonward.com/2012/01/30/the-power-of-paint-chips/ 2. Over-the-door shelving -- Our one and only bathroom in our house is tiny, so we needed to glean creative with storage. Once I found this shelving solution on Pinterest (thanks to Martha Stewart), and I knew we needed to try it. http://oakdaleonward.com/2011/09/24/bathroom-reveal/ 3. Luminaries -- I helped organize a fundraiser event back in November, and needed some cheap, but pretty decorations. These luminaries with doily shadows did the trick. And they later helped decorate our front porch for Christmas! 4. Shutter-turned-mail-holder -- This was one of the first projects I pinned, and I was thrilled to try it out when I found some affordable old shutters at our local ReStore. Months later,it's still the thing that guests most commonly compliment! http://oakdaleonward.com/2011/06/15/chimney-swap/ Those are my pins to projects. What approximately you?
