CLEVELAND, Oh — Joshua Surgeon is a country singer songwriter from Cuyahoga Falls. He was the local grand prize winner of this year’s ‘tough Rock Rising Battle of the Bands’ competition that was held at the tough Rock Rocksino Northfield Park last Spring.
