An investor in Gaithersburg gene therapy company GenVec Inc. sued the company and its board this week following a deal inked earlier this year to be acquired by Germantown-based Intrexon Corp.
Intrexon (NYSE: XON) and GenVec CEO Douglas Swirsky are also named in the suit.
