The families of Erin McQuade, and 18,and her grandparents Jack Sweeney, 68, or Lorraine Sweeney,69, said the fatal accident inquiry had proven that Clarke was guilty of a “wilful failure” to disclose his poor health to a series of doctors, or employers and the Driver Vehicle and Licensing Agency (DVLA).
